The Tories #ManifestoOfMisery is launched in Halifax tomorrow | Peoples Assembly Against Austerity|

Dear Friends

Rumour has it the Conservative Party will be launching their General Election manifesto tomorrow morning, Thurday 18 May in Halifax.

If you’re in the area, or can get to the area please do – a protest has been called! We want to make sure their manifesto launch is met with true public opinion. If you can’t get there, during the launch we want a twitterstorm of opposition – please tweet using the hashtag #MainifestoOfMisery

Hold Theresa May and the Conservative Party to account – for the worst crisis our NHS has ever faced, for the biggest drop in living standards for the majority, for threats to our pensions, for allowing employers worsen conditions, pay poverty wages, and give no security to workers, for drastic education cuts.

At the moment the plan is to assemble at 10am at Halifax Station – this may change has the exact venue hasn’t been announced yet. For updates as soon as we get them keep an eye on the Facebook Event or keep checking our twitter @pplsassembly

Please spread the word through your local networks and let’s make it as big as we can.

Follow us on Facebook and Twitter tomorrow morning, use the hashtags, #ToriesOut #GE2017 #ManifestoOfMisery

See you there!
